The safety check feature is hidden under Chrome’s flag settings. We need to enable two flags to use the new feature.

🔹 Step 1: First of all, head to the Google Play Store and update the Google Chrome browser.

🔹 Step 2: Now launch Google Chrome browser on your Android device.

🔹 Step 3: Now on the URL bar, enter the address chrome://flags.

🔹 Step 4: This will open the Flags page. On the Flags, search for ‘Bulk Password’. Select ‘Enable’ for the ‘Bulk Password Check’ flag.

🔹 Step 5: Once done, search for the ‘Safety Check’ on the Chrome flags page. Select ‘Enable’ for the ‘Safety Check on Android‘ flag.

🔹 Step 6: Once done, tap on the ‘Relaunch’ button to restart the web browser.

🔹 Step 7: After the restart, open Chrome settings. You will find a new ‘Safety Check’ option on the Settings.

🔹 Step 8: Tap on the Safety check button, and you will find three new options – Updates, Passwords, and Safe Browsing.

🔹 Step 9: To check for the compromised password, tap on the ‘Check now’ button.

✅ That’s it! You are done.

If Chrome for Android finds any compromised password, it will show you the password.

Simply, change the compromised password.
