Qty of Reinf Steel Required

Considering the qty of steel, 0.5% to 1.00% of Total Volume, 

to convert the value in the Kg, we have to multiply the result by 7850, hence the reinforcement steel required is 802.322 Kg

Labor Calculations

0.65 X Volume of Concrete X Rates, hence, the cost of labor will be around Rs.6643.43

Steel Bending/Binding Calculations

The present market rates for bending/binding the reinforcement steel per sqft is Rs.7-8/-

Hence, for the slab of dimensions - 50ft X 8ft, the cost will be, Rs.6000/-

Rate Analysis
